Together with RPC, a renowned investment fund specializing in renewable energy, AGP has signed an important agreement to develop 9 BESS Storage plant projects over 3.5 years, with a total capacity of 1.1 GW, to be located in various Italian regions.
The sale value exceeds € 68 million, with an additional success fee of up to € 15 million, to be determined based on agreed performance metrics between the parties.
